The owner held a check for almost 2 months AFTER we pulled our children from their care and said it was "in her car at a repair shop". Most people would at least give someone a heads up that they were going to deposit a check they "found" after that period of time. I worked out a 2 week notice like we were supposed and felt like we left on a respectful note, I was not given the same respect. I understand checks might not be their favorite form of payment but it's payment none the less..*Replying to the reply from LeeAnn - I can get you the information to cancel the check or whatever we need to do. After we got off the phone today I saw your offer to cancel the check, that would be greatly appreciated. I called the center but they said you were gone for the day and when i called your cell, it went straight to voicemail. My 4 year old went here for 8 months before starting school, and then my 11 month old started going here when he was just 3 months old. All of the teachers are very attentive, listen to concerns, and keep in close contact with you via an app while your children are at the facility. Highly recommend!
